PRESENTATION METHOD

Modes of Presentation

All oral presentations and poster presentations sessions will be scheduled by the program committee.

Time allocation for accepted oral presentations within each session is 20 minutes, however we suggest that your presentation itself should be no longer that 15 minutes allowing 5 minutes for questions and engaging with the audience. At the 15 minutes mark, the session chair will hold up a card alerting you to the fact your time is complete. Ideally this should not need to be shown. Important information: Your completed presentation should be submitted no later than 10days before the conference date, allowing time to preloading the presentation. Please submit your final presentation in the English language after carefully editing and proof reading. Please send a copy of your presentation to admin@globalresearchconferences.com. If you have not been able to send your presentation in advance for any reason prior to the Conference, then please ensure that you bring your presentation on a working USB storage device.

One week prior to the conference, the conference program for Virtual presentations will be emailed to participants. Pre-recorded virtual presentations will be published on the conference website. You may join as a Virtual session attendee, and you will receive the Webinar invitation link a few days before the Conference. Joining the webinar session is easy and only takes a few seconds. Simply click on the invitation link that will enable you to choose which session you would like to attend. Please ensure you register by the registration deadline if you wish to submit a pre-recorded presentation and attend the Virtual sessions.

The academic poster that you design should be easy to read and include some visuals or charts. The top part of your poster should state your title and authors’ names and affiliations. Your poster will be displayed for audiences to read; hence the poster should be based on the submitted abstract that has been accepted by the Scientific Committee. Please note that the poster size should not exceed A1 international paper size. Do not use pushpins, a foam core or any thick or multi-layered materials directly on the poster boards. It is vital that you bring your completed poster with you to the conference in a timely manner.
