GRC PRESTIGIOUS AWARDS
Criteria
The GRC prestigious awards are presented to the most outstanding research paper in various fields to acknowledge contribution. The award ceremony will take place on the final day of the conference and each nominee, committee member, and conference attendee is invited to participate in this special event. Each presentation is evaluated based on the following criteria:
Award for the Best Oral Presentation
Presented to individuals delivering the most insightful and inspiring presentation in the physical conference.
Criteria: Presents original research with content that is relevant to the discipline. Explains the significance and uniqueness of the material presented to the discipline. Practical applicability of the theory presented theoretical contribution. Rigorousness of the methodology.
Award for the Best Virtual Presentation
Presented to the most outstanding presentation within one of the thematic streams of the virtual conference.
Criteria: The relevance and value of the content to the discipline. Presentation clarity, content delivery and use of technology in the pre-recorded presentation.
Award for the Best Poster Presentation
Awarded to the poster presenter that has illustrated an in-depth understanding of the subject, in addition to providing new insights and/or perspectives.
Criteria: The Relevance and value of the content to the discipline. Presentation clarity, content delivery, abstract, overall subject knowledge. In addition, ensuring the poster is organised effectively, well designed with good visual representation and audience interaction.
Award for the Best Student Presentation
An opportunity for student presenters to offer the audience insightful and inspiring content.
Criteria: Students (Undergraduate Students, master’s and post-graduate degrees students only) present original research with content that is relevant to the discipline. Explains the significance and uniqueness of the material presented to the discipline. Practical applicability of the theory presented theoretical contribution. Rigorousness of the methodology.
